2 PM—3:30 PM
Try your hand at different manual brewing techniques from around the world. We will demo, practice, and taste the results from four of the most popular methods: Aeropress, Chemex, French Press, and V60. Learn the importance of coffee-to-water ratios, grind sizes, water time and temperature. Explore the differences offered across the different brew methods and techniques. This is a family-friendly event—children under the age of 12 are welcome to join our arts-and-crafts table for kid-friendly fun, while adults enjoy the coffee.
