Home Store Plancha

For a taste of the Mediterranean (without the cost of airfare), look no further than Plancha. The name refers to a traditional Spanish cooking method called “a la plancha” in which food is cooked over an open flame on a cast-iron plate, and the resto’s diverse menu incorporates flavours from Spain, Portugal, Cypress, Israel, and Egypt. Fresh, local ingredients are used to create healthy and tasty dishes such as Persian Wild Mushroom Soup, The Fainting Priest (a Moroccan flatbread sandwich made with grilled eggplant, tahina, and feta), and Planchuka (an all-day breakfast item made with organic eggs, spinach, tomatoes, and goat cheese).
