The Happy Chocco
A selection desserts including profiteroles and eclairs made with fresh milk, real fruits and fine Belgium Chocolate. Happy Chocco was founded in 2020 as a small family business and we started to supply profiteroles for Toronto-based retail markets. In 2021, we added Eclairs, the classic of French cuisine, to our menu. Our company, which is in pursuit of continuous development and innovation, plans to bring a difference to the market with its fruity eclair products for the year 2022. Our products are produced daily with fresh milk, real fruits and fine Belgium Chocolate. We do not use ready-made ingredients or preservatives harmful to health in any of our products.
Hattendo
Hattendo was founded in Minatomachi in Mihara, Hiroshima in 1933. Toronto store is the first store in North America.
The concept is for customers to enjoy the ultimate melt-in-the-mouth product provided by Hattendo “casually, but in a slightly luxurious way.” Word through the grapevine has long been of cream buns. Nonetheless, we continually work to make our cream buns even better, with a melting soft texture that always begs for another bite.
Our cream buns are the result of repeated trials of thousands of recipes. They are a brand new concept and a food that is truly one-of-a-kind in the world ? a hybrid of “sweets” and “bread” that tastes great when chilled. Nobody else can make a cream bun that is as perfect as ours. We are delighted to share this happiness, made from the finest ingredients and our passion for perfection, with the people of the world.

Top quality, sustainable seafood is Pier 87’s raison d’être.
They work directly with fishing companies to ensure that the best possible product reaches your fork. Speaking of which, at this modern fish market, you can shop for fresh or frozen seafood to go or take a seat and chow down on some tasty eats.
A humble suggestion: Nothing completes a long day of shopping like a plate of freshly shucked oysters! Lobster Rolls (made with Nova Scotia lobster), Poké Bowls, and Calamari Fries are just a few of the other highlights on this crowd-pleasing menu.

The Village Juicery’s various “booster shots” are also extremely popular and sure to help cure whatever ails you, whether it’s a lingering cold or an upset stomach.
BROD
This special division of the Danish Pastry House is all about bread, or “brød” in Danish (say “broy”). For company president Anita Lauritsen, bread occupied a very special place in her upbringing. In fact, in Danish households it’s customary to eat rye or French bread for breakfast with a cup of coffee. Drawing on family recipes, Lauritsen and her team of bakers have created several rustic breads for you to enjoy. Choose from Danish Rye Bread, “Rugbrød,” a dense, dark loaf; Danish Stone Age Bread, “Stenalder Brød,” a Paleo-friendly, gluten-free loaf that’s packed with protein; and Danish French Bread, “Fransk Brød,” a traditional white loaf topped with poppy seeds.
